Never in their (Aidil Yunus and Richard Ong) wildest imagination did they think they will feel very strongly about youngsters. After running Akar Insan for a few months, both men realized that fresh graduates fail to secure a job for their lack of articulation and poor self-representation. Realizing that they should and could do something about it, a workshop series "10 Rules to Nail Your Dream Job" (www.nailthatjob.blogspot.com) was created. To date, the company has trained 10,000 fresh graduates and close to 1,000 future graduates, who found it to be extremely helpful.
